Singer Chris Brown has issued an apology on popular video sharing website YouTube for assaulting former girlfriend Rihanna. The singer, who confessed felony assault last month, posted a two-minute clip on the website, expressing his "deepest regret over the fight".
The 20-year-old said he accepted 'full responsibility' for beating the R&B lady, who was later left with facial injuries. "I've told Rihanna countless times and I'm telling you today I'm truly, truly sorry I wasn't able to handle the situation differently and better," The Sun quoted him as saying.
Brown is due to attend anger management courses and do community service.
